The idea to build the Hotel Vila Lumbung
originated from the need to find the ideal place for
close friends, who make the long journey from the west,
and who wish to find the best accommodation
with an exotic flair.
　


The Hotel Vila Lumbung is a small exotic village surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens
of approximately 15,000 square-meters.

Stake out on the grassy pool island and watch
the moonlight turn the ragged clouds silver
as you await your meal.

The upper part of this center hut of each family compound
serves as a rice barn, while the lower floor -an elevated sitting area ("Bale")- is used as a meeting place.

A large 2-level swimming pool with a waterfall cave,
island and bridges, bubble pool and connecting lotus ponds, completes everyone's holiday fantasies in Bali.

Furthermore, you may prearrange with the chef to compose a dinner set up with your preference of seating, illumination, decoration, and dishes that can be chosen from an extended event menu.
