In a garden of terraced ponds and waterfalls, cobbled pathways lead through a maze of aboreal surprise, like the pisang seribu banana palm with a thousand or more tiny sweet fruit in each bunch. There are twenty cottages - ten luxury standard and ten deluxe suites, all with marble terraces and simple, elegant teak furniture. Air conditioning, fans and hot water offer additional comfort and the bathrooms are open to the sun and night skies. 　

　

Two swimming pools in natural curving shapes are surfaced with thousands of tiny blue and green pebles, one high up the terraced slope and the other at the bottom of the valley beside the main restaurant. Nature is all pervasive. The calls of wild birds and monkeys echoes from the hills above.
The music of water cascading through endless fish ponds merges with the paint and restless sound of the surf far below.
Brealfast and snack are served from a tiny bar and restaurant at the upper swimming pool with views out over the sea to the island of Nusa Penida and Bali's distant southern coastline.		 　

　

　

Kubu Bali has a multi-pavilion Restaurant with its own vast swimming pool for guest and day-trip-pers. Here eight chefs produce delicasies from around the world. The house specialty is flame-fried seafood. The wide range of Chinese and Indonesian cuisine is complemented by lobster thermidor, succulent steaks and Italian favorites. The crab in black bean sauce is rumoured to be the finest in the world, and the "Sabo" Chinese casserole is a special family recipe handed down for generations.

The sight and sounds, the fragrance and harmony of Bali are all here.
